  1. 1 (2 to 3 pound) boneless beef chuck roast

  2. 9 small red potatoes

  3. 11/2 cups fresh baby carrots

  4. 16 oz. fresh green beans , trimmed

  5. 1 red onion , cut into wedges

  6. 11/2 beef bouillon cubes , crumbled

  7. 1 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves

  8. 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

  9. 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

  10. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  11. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  12. 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

  13. 1/2 cup water

  1. Heat oven to 350 Arrange roast and veggies in ungreased 13x9 baking dish.

  2. Sprinkle with all ingredients except water.

  3. Pour water over top.

  4. Cover with foil.

  5. Bake at 350 for 2 to 21/2 hours.

  6. Serve with pan juices.
