  1. 1 Chicken, cut up

  2. 1 c Sesame seeds, toasted

  3. 1/4 ts Pepper

  4. 1 tb Cooking oil

  5. 4 tb Butter, melted

  6. 1/2 ts Paprika

  7. 1/2 ts Lemon and pepper seasoning

  8. 1/2 ts Onion salt

  9. 1 1/2 ts Garlic salt, divided

  10. 1/2 c Flour

  11. lightly

  1. In shallow dish, mix together flour, 1/2 tsp.

  2. garlic salt, onion salt, lemon-pepper seasoning and paprika.

  3. In another shallow dish, mix together butter, oil and remaining garlic salt and pepper.

  4. In a third dish, place sesame seeds.

  5. Roll each piece of chicken first in flour mixture, then in butter mixture, then in sesame seeds.

  6. Place chicken on a greased shallow baking pan.

  7. Bake @ 350 degrees, turning once, for about 1 hour or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.
