  1. 400 g 4 slices 1/2 pc

  3. Premium Oyster Sauce

  4. 2 tbsp Black Pepper Sauce

  5. 1 tbsp Pure Sesame Oil

  6. 1 tsp Corn starch

  7. 1 tbsp Sugar

  8. 1/2 tsp Sauce Mix

  9. Satay Sauce

  10. 6 tbsp Premium Oyster Sauce

  11. 1 tsp Black Pepper Sauce

  12. 1 tsp Water

  13. 2 tbsp

  1. Marinate beef fillet for 30 minutes.

  2. Saute minced shallot and garlic in 3 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add beef fillet and stir-fry until done.

  3. Stir in sauce mix, red bell pepper and pineapple. Sprinkle with wine and heat through.
