  1. 10 Ounce(s) Fresh Cauliflower, washed and broken into pieces

  2. 1 Tablespoon(s) Flour

  3. 1/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt

  4. 1/4 Teaspoon(s) Curry Powder

  5. 1/2 Cup(s) Milk

  6. 1 Tablespoon(s) Butter or Margarine

  1. In a medium pot, bring water to a boil.

  2. Add cauliflower and cook until tender crisps.

  3. Remove from stove, drain and set aside.

  4. In a saucepan melt butter.

  5. Add flour, salt and curry powder and cook until bubbly and smooth.

  6. Add milk and stir constantly until mixture becomes thick.

  7. Stir in cauliflower; heating through.

  8. Remove from stove.
