  1. 1 lb miki noodles

  2. 1/4 lb grilled pork belly, sliced

  3. 2 pieces boneless chicken breasts, sliced

  4. 2 cups cabbage, chopped

  5. 1 cup shredded carrots

  6. 1 medium onion, sliced

  7. 5 tablespoons soy sauce

  8. 1 tablepoon oyster sauce

  9. 1 tablespoon sherry

  10. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  11. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  12. 2 tablespoons cooking oil

  1. Heat oil in a wok.

  2. Put-in chicken and cook for 3 minutes.

  3. Add pork belly. Stir and cook for 2 minutes.

  4. Add sherry and onions. Cook until onions becomes soft.

  5. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir and cook for 6 to 8 minutes. Note: Add a little water as necessary.

  6. Put-in the cabbage and carrots. Cook until vegetables are tender.

  7. Put-in the miki noodles, and then stir. Cook for another 3 minutes.

  8. Turn-off heat and transfer to a serving plate.

  9. Serve. Share and enjoy!
