  1. 12 Medium Eggs

  2. 1/2 cup Milk

  3. 9 Large Hash Brown Potato Patties or 1 Large Bag Hash Browns

  4. 2 Medium Onions , sliced and separated into rings

  5. 2 Medium Green Peppers , sliced

  6. 1 pkg Shredded Cheese , cheddar, swiss, or mozzarella

  7. 3 slices Ham or Breakfast Meat of Choice , chopped

  1. Whisk together the eggs and milk, then set aside. Grease a crock pot with oil. Place a layer of hash browns in the crock pot, add some onions, a layer of green peppers, then sprinkle some cheese on top and add a layer of ham pieces. Start all over again and layer the hash browns, onions, peppers, cheese, and ham. When done layering, pour the egg and milk mixture over everything. Place a lid on the crock pot, turn on low heat and go to bed.
