  5. 2 small green peppers, cut in slivers

  6. Boiling water 1/4 Pound , cooked, drained

  7. Worcestershire sauce 4 Tablespoon

  8. Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon

  9. Nori seaweed, roasted and crushed fmominorij, OR sesame, paprika, or dried parsley

  10. Salt To Taste

  11. Pepper To Taste

  1. Directions MAKING 1) In a frying pan saute the pork and vegetables in the oil over medium heat for 2-3 min until tender, season with salt and pepper; remove and keep aside.

  2. Add the noodles to the frying pan and fry in the oil for 3 min over medium heat; now add the sauted the pork and vegetables; season with Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce and fry for further 1 1/2 to 2 min.

  3. SERVING 3) Sprinkle nori seaweed and serve nice plates.
