  3. 2 Garlic cloves - chopped

  4. Salt - to taste

  5. Freshly-ground white pepper - to taste

  6. 1 Green pepper - diced

  7. 1 Ripe tomato - peeled, seeded, (medium)

  8. 1 cup 237ml Dry white wine

  9. 1 Cayenne pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow-cooker. Cover pot and set at LOW. Cook for 6 to 8 hours, or until chicken is tender.
