  1. 2 potatoes (sliced thinly)

  2. 2tbsp maida flour

  3. 2tbsp rice flour

  4. Salt as per taste

  5. Red chili powder

  6. Oil for deep fry

  7. Paste:

  8. 6 garlic flakes

  9. 1 piece ginger (1 inch)

  10. 1tbsp chana dal (roasted)

  11. 1/2tsp fennel seeds

  12. Water

  1. First take the maida flour and rice flour in a bowl

  2. Now add red chili powder and salt

  3. Make a paste with garlic cloves, ginger, chana dal, fennel seeds and water

  4. Now add the paste with the maida four and rice flour mixture

  5. Add some water and make a nice smooth batter

  6. Heating up oil for deep fry

  7. Now take the potato pieces and deep into the batter and put in the hot oil

  8. Fry till golden brown in both sides

  9. Potato fritters are ready

  10. Serve it hot
