  1. 16 Oz Tomatoes, Stewed -- Canned, Cut In Pieces

  2. 2 Medium onions -- chopped

  3. 2 Cloves garlic -- crushed

  4. 1 Cup Carrots -- Diced

  5. 1 Cup Celery -- Diced

  6. 1 Large zucchini -- thinly sliced

  7. 16 Oz kidney beans -- Canned

  8. 6 Oz tomato paste -- Canned

  9. 1 Tablespoon Parsley, Freeze-Dried -- Flakes

  10. 2 Teaspoons salt

  11. 1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper -- Finely Ground

  12. 6 Cups "Beef Style" vegetarian broth

  13. 1/4 Pound spaghetti -- cut in

  14. 2" pieces

  15. 1/2 Teaspoon ground sage

  16. 1 Teaspoon dried basil -- crushed

  17. 2 Cups Shredded Cabbage -- Optional

  18. 10 to 12 hours. Add spaghetti. Cover and cook

  19. 1 hour longer. Makes about 12 (1 cup) servings.
