  1. 8 lamb chops , chump chops

  2. 100 ml red wine

  3. 100 ml dark soy sauce

  4. 3 tablespoons oyster sauce

  5. 1 garlic clove , crushed

  6. 2 sprigs fresh rosemary , leaves removed

  7. rock salt

  8. 1/4 cup olive oil

  1. Combine marinade ingredints in a jar & shake to combine.

  2. Put the chops in a zip-lock plastic bag and pour the marinade over. Seal the bag and turn it over a couple of times to coat the meat.

  3. Marinade for 6 hours (I only marinated for 2 & these were still great).

  4. Cook on the BBQ for 6-8 mins each side.
