  1. 1 Sliced peaches

  2. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter or margarine

  3. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Sugar

  4. 1 cup 237ml Milk

  5. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Self rising flour

  1. In a baking dish, melt butter in a preheated 375F oven.

  2. Meanwhile mix together the flour, sugar, and milk. Stir this mixture into the hot butter. Add canned peaches, with syrup and spread to even out.

  3. Place dish in oven and bake until crust is slightly golden (about 45 minutes).

  4. This recipe makes it's own crust.

  5. Bake this cobbler while having dinner and enjoy for dessert.
