  1. 1 whole pork lungs and heart

  2. 4 cloves garlic , chopped

  3. 2 red onions , chopped

  4. about 1 cup of sugar cane or strong vinegar

  5. 1 1/2 tablespoon ground pepper

  6. salt , fish sauce and msg to taste (depending on your taste)

  7. dried bay leaves

  1. *boil lungs and heart until tender. . . . . . .

  2. *after that, chop them into small cubes (You may also grind these)

  3. *saute garlic, until golden brown *add onions *add the heart and lungs, stir and stir up with a ladle *add bay leaves, salt, fish sauce and MSG (depending on your taste)

  4. *pour-in the vinegar, don't mix and cover it for about 7 minutes in a low fire.

  5. *mix, mix, mix. taste.

  6. *SERVE and Enjoy!
