  1. Lamb pieces 1/2 kg.

  2. Plain yoghurt 1 cup

  3. Plain flour 1 tsp.

  4. Onions 3

  5. Chopped

  6. Chilli Powder 1 tsp.

  7. Coriander Powder 1 tbsp

  8. Whole spice:

  9. 1 cardamom,

  10. 1 cinnamon,

  11. 1 clove

  12. 1 bay leaf

  13. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp.

  14. Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp.

  15. Salt to taste

  16. Oil 2 tbsp.

  1. Heat oil in a sauce pan add the whole spices, after it splutters add chopped onions and sauté, add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and 2 cups of water.

  2. Bring it to boil and add the meat and cook until it is tender, Mix the flour, yoghurt and green coriander add to it, cook for 2 minutes and removes from heat.
