  1. 2 cups of cubed and boiled vegetables like:

  2. beans

  3. carrots

  4. potatoes

  5. 1 drumsticks

  6. raw bananas

  7. cauliflower

  8. Roast in a little oil one by one and blend to a smooth paste:

  9. 2 tsp cumin seeds

  10. 2 tablespoons of coconut, shredded

  11. 4-5 green chillies

  12. 1/2 cup buttermilk

  13. A pinch of turmeric

  14. Salt to taste

  15. 3 tsp oil (for seasoning)

  16. 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped finely

  1. Add the salt, turmeric and the coconut paste to the buttermilk.Add the boiled vegetables.

  2. Heat on a low flame till the buttermilk mixture reaches a thick texture.Keep stirring continously.

  3. Now add the chopped coriander leaves.

  4. Season with mustard, curry leaves, hing , cumin and red chillies in hot oil.

  5. Heat hot with plain rice.
