  1. 2 tablespoons butter

  2. 1/4 cup sliced green onion

  3. 1 clove garlic, minced

  4. 8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms

  5. 1 pound ground chuck

  6. 3 tablespoons lemon juice

  7. 3 tablespoons red wine

  8. 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed consomme

  9. 1 teaspoon salt

  10. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  11. 4 ounces medium egg noodles

  12. 1 cup sour cream

  13. chopped parsley

  1. Heat butter in skillet over medium-low heat. Add green onion, garlic, and mushrooms; sauté until tender. Add ground chuck; cook, stirring, until no longer pink. Stir in lemon juice, red wine, consommé, salt, and pepper. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. Stir in the uncooked noodles. Cover and cook 5 to 10 minutes, or until noodles are tender. Mix in the sour cream/ heat through, but do not boil. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
