  1. 1 Egg

  2. 1 Evaporated milk

  3. 2/3 cup 131g / 4.6oz Sugar

  4. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Butter or margarine

  5. 1 1/2 cups 139g / 4.9oz Coconut

  6. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Pecans - chopped

  1. In a medium saucepan lightly beat 1 egg. Stir in evaporated milk, sugar, and butter or margarine. Cook and stir over medium heat about 12 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.

  2. Remove from heat. Stir in coconut and pecans. Cool; slightly then cover and cool thoroughly.
