  1. 264.98 ml mayonnaise (can sub lowfat)

  2. 118 1/59 ml sour cream (can sub low-nonfat)

  3. 59.14 ml chopped fresh cilantro

  4. 118 1/59 ml chopped garlic chives or 118 1/59 ml green onion , including tops

  5. 29 1/28 ml lemon juice or 29 1/28 ml wine vinegar

  6. 9.85 ml minced fresh garlic

  7. 2.46 ml salt

  8. 1 1/53 ml cracked black pepper or 1/29 ml ground pepper

  9. 2.46 ml onion powder

  10. 2.46 ml poultry seasoning

  11. 14.79 ml dried basil

  12. 1/4 ml cayenne pepper (to taste) or 1/4 ml couple dashes hot sauce (to taste)

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Can use emulsion blender and mixing bowl or cup. If you don't have a blender, chop ingredients finely and whisk well in mixing bowl until creamy. Chill any leftovers and thin with milk if too thick. Suggestions for use: Serve over salad, use a dip with veges or top salmon before cooking and bake.
