  1. 1 cup sugar

  2. 3/4 cup vinegar

  3. 1/2 cup salad oil

  4. 2 cups celery, diced

  5. 1 cup green pepper, diced

  6. 1 cup carrots, shredded

  7. 1/2 cup onion, diced

  8. 12 oz. can white corn

  1. C ombine sugar, vinegar, and oil in small sauce pan. Heat to dissolve sugar. Mix together vegetables. Pour cooled marinade over vegetables. Store in covered container in refrigerator. Stir occasionally.
