  1. grate cauliflower .heat oil,add mustard,red chilli,curryleaves onion and saute.

  2. till onions are soft , add crushed garlic , turmeric , coriander and cumin powder add v(chilli powder if you want) and then cauliflower and mix well . cover and steam on low flame check in between.

  3. cook till no more water remains and cauliflower is cooked add coconut and mix well.
