  2. 2 cups sugar

  3. 2 tablespoons cocoa

  4. 1 cup milk

  5. 1 teaspoon butter

  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla

  7. 1/2 cup nut meats

  1. Mix sugar, cocoa and milk well and bring to a boil. Boil until forms a soft ball in water(this was beforecandy thermometers) Remove from fire and add BUTTER, VANILLA, and NUT MEATS ( I like walnuts). Beat until right consistency and pour into greased pan to cool
