  39. White Chocolate Macadamia Nut

  40. 1 cup 2 tablespoons White flour

  41. 1 tablespoon Salt

  42. 1/2 tablespoon Baking Soda

  43. 4 ounces Butter

  44. 6 tablespoons Brown sugar (firmly packed)

  45. 6 tablespoons White sugar

  46. 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract

  47. 1 Egg

  48. 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chunks

  49. 1/2 cup Macadamias

  50. 375 degrees. Mix flour, baking soda, and the salt together in one bowl, set aside. Using another bowl, cream the butter, white sugar and brown sugar til fluffy. Add in vanilla extract and the egg, mixing well. Gradually add the flour mixture to creamed sugar and butter mix. Mix well and stir in the white chocolate chunks and macadamia nuts. Spoon by large tablespoonfuls or 1/4 cupfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.

  51. 8 to 11 minutes. Bake longer for larger sized cookies, shorter for small sized. They should just be a light golden color on top. Avoid browning or the white chocolate will burn. Remove from baking sheets to wire racks for cooling.
