  1. 3 qoart's cold water

  2. 1 lg han,or soup chicken

  3. 1 lg onion

  4. 4 ps carrot's peeled

  5. 2 ps parsley root's peeled

  6. 1 parsnips peeled

  7. 2 knob celery

  8. 5 clove garlic

  9. 1 tbs vegeta

  10. 1 tbs salt

  11. 1 hungarian banana pepper

  12. 10 black papper corn's

  13. 2 florets cauliflower

  1. Cat the chicken into 8 pieces.

  2. Place in a soup pot with wather,when water start boilng,add chicken,and rest of the ingredients,exept the hot pepper and cauli-

  3. flower..

  4. then slowly bring to boil.Remove the scum on top with a ladle.

  5. cook over very low heat,just below boiling point for about 3 hours.

  6. Again making sure the soup never boils.

  7. about 15-20 minutes before you decide the chicken is done.

  8. add the pepper and cauliflower.

  9. make noodels.Adjust saltiness of soup and add cooked noodles.
