  3. Coconut milk 13 12 Ounce (In 1 Can)

  4. Chicken pieces 2 Pound

  5. Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon

  6. Fish sauce 2 Tablespoon

  7. Galangal slices 1 Medium

  8. Kaffir lime leaves 5

  9. Bamboo shoots/Vegetables of your choice 1 Cup (16 tbs)

  3. Directions for preparation:

  4. • Heat oil in a wok and add the curry paste.

  5. • Sauté it for some time.

  6. • When it begins to absorb the oil add the coconut milk. Mix well.

  7. • Add in the chicken.

  8. • Add in the galangal and kaffir lime leaves.

  9. • Cook the chicken till it is done (5-7 minutes)

  10. • Add the sugar. Mix.

  11. • Add the fish sauce and stir it in.

  12. • Add the bamboo shoots and bring it to boil.

  13. • Turn off the heat and garnish with Thai basil.

  14. • Serve with rice.
