  1. 8 cups popcorn, popped

  2. 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds salted

  3. 1/2 cup cranberries or raisins, dried

  4. 1/2 cup banana chips broken into pieces

  5. 1 1/2 cups sugar

  6. 1/2 cup corn syrup

  7. 1/4 cup water

  8. 1/4 cup butter

  9. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. In large buttered bowl, combine first 4 ingredients; set aside.

  2. In medium saucepan combine sugar, corn syrup and water; bring to a boil.

  3. Cook, covered 3 minutes.

  4. Uncover and cook, without stirring, until mixture reaches hard-ball stage (260 F), about 4 - 5 minutes.

  5. Add butter and vanilla; cook, stirring 1 minute.

  6. Pour over popcorn mixture; toss quickly to coat.

  7. Turn mixture out onto greased baking sheet and spread using buttered hands.

  8. Cool and break into pieces.
