  1. 1 pound(s) Flank Steak mor Chuck Roast

  2. 1 small Onion , Coarsely Chopped

  3. 1 teaspoon(s) minced garlic

  4. 1 can(s) 14 1/2 oz fire-roasted tomatoes , undrained

  5. 1 package(s) 8 oz tri-pepper mix

  6. 1 teaspoon(s) dried oregano

  7. 1 teaspoon(s) Chili Powder

  8. 1 teaspoon(s) Ground Cumin

  9. 1/2 teaspoon(s) Kosher Salt

  10. 1/4 teaspoon(s) Pepper

  11. 1/4 teaspoon(s) Red Pepper Flakes

  12. 1 can(s) 15 oz Pinto Beans , Drained and Rinsed

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 F Cut Steak across the grain into 2'' strips Chop Onion Place meat in baking pan. Combine undrained tomatoes, onions, garlic, peppers, oregano, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Pour over meat. Cover with Foil and bake 2-3 hours or until tender.

  2. Add beans to roast, bake uncovered 5 minutes or until beans are hot. Shred meat with two forks and serve
