  1. 3/4 cup brown sugar

  2. 1/3 cup ketchup

  3. 3/4 cup water

  4. 1/8 cup vinegar

  5. 1 tablespoon soya sauce

  6. 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  7. 1 1/2-2 lbs ground beef (I'm not picky about quantity)

  8. 1 cup breadcrumbs

  9. 1 -2 tablespoon meatloaf seasoning mix

  10. 1 teaspoon salt and pepper

  1. For the sauce: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat.

  2. Bring to boil.

  3. Simmer gently to thicken.

  4. For the meatloaf: Mix all ingredients together and place into a greased bread pan.

  5. Pour two-three tbps of sweet and sour sauce over meatloaf and bake at 375 for 1 hour.
