  1. 1 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose

  2. 1 cup sugar

  3. 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  4. 1 teaspoon baking soda

  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  6. 2 Whole eggs lightly beaten

  7. 3/4 cup water

  8. 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  9. 1 tablespoon vinegar

  10. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  11. Filling

  12. 8 ounces cream cheese softened

  13. 1/3 cup sugar

  14. 1 Whole egg lightly beaten

  15. 1/8 teaspoon salt

  16. 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

  17. 1 cup pecans

  1. Combine dry ingredients, Add eggs, water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.

  2. Mix well.

  3. Pour into 18 greased or paper lined muffin cups.

  4. For filling; Beat beat cream cheese and sugar.

  5. Add egg and salt, mix well.

  6. Fold in chocolate chips.

  7. Drop by tablespoons into center of each cupcake.

  8. Sprinkle with nuts.

  9. Bake 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
