  1. 1 lb. sweet Italian sausage

  2. Ground beef 1 Pound

  3. Garlic 2 Clove (5gm) , finely chopped

  4. 1/2 a yellow onion, diced

  5. Italian seasoning 2 Tablespoon

  6. 2 eggs, slightly beaten

  7. Bread crumbs 2 Cup (16 tbs)

  8. Corn meal 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

  9. Salt 1/2 Teaspoon

  10. Ground pepper 1/4 Teaspoon

  11. Fennel 2 Tablespoon

  12. Dash of cinnamon

  13. Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)

  14. Olive oil 1 Tablespoon

  1. Directions Crumble sausage and combine with beef. After chopping up onion and garlic, add to the meat mixture. Blend the seasonings, cinnamon, salt, and pepper along with the corn meal, bread crumbs, and eggs into the meat. Pour milk over the mixture and combine thoroughly. Form meatballs and brown in oil over medium heat in skillet.
