  1. 1 lb ground beef

  2. 1 lb ground pork

  3. 1 cup sauerkraut or 1 cup shredded cabbage

  4. 1 cup finely chopped onion

  5. 2 eggs

  6. 1 1/2 tablespoons caraway seeds

  7. 2 teaspoons celery seeds

  8. 2 tablespoons coarse ground dry mustard

  9. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  10. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  1. Mix all the ingredients together until thoroughly blended.

  2. Free-form into a loaf shape in a casserole dish and bake and 350°F until done, about 1 1/4 hours.

  3. This can be served with a low carb Russian or Thousand Island dressing.
