  1. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Olive oil

  2. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Ground chicken breast - skinless

  3. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Onions - chopped

  4. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Bell peppers - chopped

  5. 2 Garlic - minced

  6. 6 oz 170g Tomato paste

  7. 14 1/2 oz 411g Crushed tomatoes

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Basil

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Oregano

  11. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Black pepper

  12. 8 oz 227g Fat-free mozzarella cheese - shredded

  13. 8 oz 227g Fat-free cheddar cheese - shredded

  14. 16 oz 454g Reduced fat crescent dinner rolls

  15. 1 cup 237ml Fat-free sour cream

  16. 1 teaspoon 5ml Italian seasoning

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 13 x 9" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken, onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until no pink remains in chicken and vegetables are tender. Stir tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, salt, basil, oregano, and black pepper. Simmer. Pour into prepared pan. Top with cheeses. In a small bowl, combine sour cream and Italian seasoning. Roll each triangle flat, slightly enlarging. Spread one teaspoon of sour cream mixture in each triangle. Roll up as directed on package. Place on top of cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
