  1. Meatballs

  2. 1 egg,

  3. 1 cup dry

  4. 2 tablespoons tomato cup

  5. 1 onion, finely cup milk teaspoon

  6. 1 teaspoon beef

  7. 500 g minced Sauce

  8. 2 tablespoons sweet mustard cup tomato

  9. 1 cup tomato puree or 1 onion, finely

  10. 2 tablespoons brown Pinch of

  11. 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon Worcestershire cup

  1. Meatballs : Combine all ingredients and mix well.

  2. Shape into small balls and place on a well-greased or lined tray.

  3. Bake at 190C for 15 minutes until brown or pan fry in a little oil for approximately 10 minutes, then drain.

  4. Sauce : Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.

  5. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.

  6. Add meatballs and cook for a further 10 minutes over low heat, or alternatively serve sauce separately over meatballs.
