  1. 2 Tomato

  2. 1 Zucchini

  3. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Frozen whole kernel corn

  4. 1 Avocado

  5. 1/3 cup 20g / 0.7oz Green onion

  6. 1/3 cup 78ml Picante sauce

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Vegetable oil

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cilantro

  9. Parsley

  10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon or lime juice

  11. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Garlic salt

  12. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Ground cumin

  1. Combine tomatoes, zucchini, corn, avocado and green onions in large bowl.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over vegetable mixture; mix gently.

  3. Chill 3-4 hours, occasionally stirring gently. Stir gently and serve chilled or at room temperature with additional Pace Picante Sauce. Makes about 4 cups salad.

  4. NOTE: One cup cooked fresh corn kernels or one can (8.75 oz) whole kernel corn, drained, may be substituted for frozen corn.
