  1. 1 cup Rice

  2. 1 each (2") cinnamon stick

  3. 3 cups Water

  4. dash Salt

  5. 14 ounces Can condensed milk

  6. Powdered cinnamon

  1. Place rice, water, and cinnamon stick in a pot and cook until water is consumed and rice is soft. Add salt, condensed milk, and about 1 c water. Simmer about 10 mins. Should be smooth, not watery. Sprinkle with cinnamon when serving.
