  1. 1 package (9 ounces) yellow cake mix without pudding in the mix

  2. 1 container (6 ounces) peach-flavor yogurt

  3. 1 egg

  4. 1/4 cup peach fruit spread

  5. 3/4 cup square whole grain oat cereal with cinnamon, slightly crushed

  6. Whipped cream

  1. Place rack in center of oven; preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 8-inch square baking pan.

  2. Combine cake mix, yogurt and egg in medium bowl. Beat with electric mixer at low speed about 1 minute or until blended. Increase speed to medium; beat 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth.

  3. Spread batter into prepared pan. Drop fruit spread by 1/2 teaspoonfuls over cake batter. Sprinkle with cereal.

  4. Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
