  1. 453 1/29 g mild Italian sausage (ground)

  2. 236 1/29 ml cheddar cheese (grated)

  3. 118 1/59 ml Baby Spinach (diced)

  4. 473.18 ml mashed potatoes (cooled)

  5. 2 garlic cloves (diced)

  6. 118 1/59 ml red onion (diced)

  7. 9.85 ml fresh cilantro

  8. 9.85 ml fresh parsley

  9. 2.46 ml salt

  10. 1/29 ml pepper

  11. 236 1/29 ml cottage cheese

  1. Preheat oven 350°F.

  2. Peel, cut, boil then mash potatoes. Let cool.

  3. Once potatoes are cooled, Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  4. Shape into 1 inch balls and place in casserole dish or 9x13 pan and Bake for 35 minutes or until the sausage is cooked.
