  1. 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

  2. 1 tsp. chopped cilantro

  3. 1/2 tsp. lime zest

  4. 1 tsp. oil

  5. 1/4 lb. chorizo , chopped

  6. 1/2 cup chopped onion s

  7. 1/2 cup chopped red pepper s

  8. 1 clove garlic , minced

  9. 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce

  10. 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves

  11. 1/2 cup rinsed canned black beans

  12. 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  13. 24 won ton wrappers (1/2 of 12-oz. pkg.)

  1. HEAT oven to 425°F.

  2. MIX sour cream, cilantro and zest. Refrigerate until ready to use. Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add next 6 ingredients; mix well. Cook 3 to 4 min. or until meat is done, stirring frequently. Stir in beans; cool 5 min. Add cheese; stir.

  3. SPOON about 1 Tbsp. meat mixture down center of each won ton wrapper; roll up tightly. Place, seam-sides down, in 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

  4. BAKE 10 min., turning after 5 min. Serve warm with dipping sauce.
