  2. Potatoes 250 Gram , diced

  3. Green beans 100 Gram , diced

  4. Massaman curry paste 2 Tablespoon

  5. Coconut milk 1 Can (10 oz)

  6. Shallots 2 , sliced

  7. Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , crushed

  8. Fish sauce 2 Tablespoon

  9. Tamarind paste 2 Tablespoon

  10. Palm sugar 2 Tablespoon

  11. Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon

  12. Cardamom seeds 12 Teaspoon

  13. Salt 1 Teaspoon

  14. Chopped cashews 1 Teaspoon

  15. Chopped green onion 1 Teaspoon

  1. Directions 1. place the can of coconut milk, curry paste, cinnamon and cardamom in a pot and simmer until the liquid evaporates and the spices fry in the coconut oil 2.add chicken, shallots and garlic into the pot and saute. add potatos and green beans 3.add fish sauce, tamarind, palm sugar, salt, and 250ml water and simmer about 30 min 4.add more water if getting too dry, but sauce should be thick and oily looking 5.add more sugar, salt and fish sauce to taste 6.sprinkle with cashews and chopped green onions and serve
