  1. 3 1/2 pounds deer chuck roast

  2. 16 ounces tomatoes, canned

  3. 1/2 cup water

  4. 1 cup onion chopped

  5. 1 each garlic clove

  6. 1 each chili beans can

  7. 2 teaspoons chili powder

  8. 1 each soup, chili beef can

  9. 1/2 cup green bell pepper diced

  10. 1 x rice cooked, hot*

  1. Cut meat into 1 inch strips. Roll in flour. Brown in skillet. Put in slow cooker or crockpot. Add tomatoes, water, onion, chili powder, soup, chili beans, garlic and green pepper. Set on low to low-medium heat setting for about 6 hours. Serve with rice.
