    3. 4 medium-size free range egg s, at room temperature

    4. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

    5. 240g self raising flour, sifted

    6. 50g finely chopped fresh strawberries, plus

    7. 12 whole strawberries to garnish

    8. 2 tbsp strawberry jam

    9. 250g icing sugar, sifted

    10. 80g unsalted butter, at room temperature

    11. 25ml whole milk

    12. 150g white chocolate, melted and slightly cooled

    13. 150g strawberry jam

    14. Red edible glitter
