  1. 1 - 7 oz. can tuna drained

  2. 1 - 15 1/4 o9z. can whole kernel corn drained

  3. 1 c. diced red bell pepper

  4. 1/4 c. sliced green onion s

  5. 2 tsp. chili powder

  6. 1/2 tsp. ground cumin

  7. 1 tsp. hot sauce

  8. 6 corn tortillas or tostadas

  9. 6 Tbs. shredding cheese

  1. Combine tuna, corn, red bell pepper, onion, chili powder, cumin and hot sauce in microwavable bowl. Cook on high 2 minutes. Spray tortillas with nonstick cooking spray. Divide corn-tuna mixture among tortillas. Carefully place over well-oiled grill or nonstick grill pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Grill over medium heat 5 - 7 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with lime juice, cilantro, shredded lettuce and hot sauce if desired.

  2. You can also heat in the oven, if you don’t want to make on the grill.
