  1. 1 1/2 cups fine semolina (rava)

  2. 3/4 cup fresh curds (dahi)

  3. 3/4 cup boiled sweet corn kernels or finely chopped cabbage

  4. 2 green chillies, chopped

  5. 1/2 tsp baking soda

  6. 2 tsp melted ghee or oil

  7. 2 pinches asafoetida (hing)

  8. salt to taste

  9. For cooking

  10. ghee

  11. For serving

  12. Coconut Chutney

  1. Mix the semolina and curds with 1 teacup of water and keep aside for at least 5 to 6 hours.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix very well.

  3. Prepare small pancakes on a non-stick frying pan using a little ghee.

  4. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
