  2. 1 teaspoon(s) Basil (ground)

  3. 1 whole(s) Bayleaf

  4. 4-5 pound(s) Beef

  5. 7 Bone-in Chuck Roast

  6. 1 teaspoon(s) Beef Boullion

  7. 14 1/2 ounce(s) Beef Broth

  8. 3 piece(s) Carrots (per person, cut 2" ea.)

  9. 1 stalk(s) Celery (diced)

  10. 14 1/2 ounce(s) Diced tomatoes (can)

  11. 2 teaspoon(s) Garlic powder or salt

  12. 1/4 whole(s) Green Pepper (sliced)

  13. 1 cup(s) Ketchup

  14. 2 whole(s) Mushrooms (optional, sliced)

  15. 1 whole(s) Onion (sliced)

  16. 4-5 whole(s) Potatoes (quartered)

  17. 1 tablespoon(s) Sugar (or Brown Sugar)

  18. 1 piece(s) Tin Foil (large enough to cover over sides of pan)

  19. 6 ounce(s) Tomato Paste (can)

  20. 1/4-1/3 cup(s) Wine (red)

  1. Cut vegetables, place roast in pan and salt, pepper, garlic meat (both sides), then place cut vegetables in pan.

  2. Mix all ingredients (except ketchup), then pour over meat and vegetables.

  3. Squirt ketchup over top of everything in pan.

  4. Cover pan tightly with foil.

  5. Bake in oven 350*F for 4 hrs. on speed bake, or 5 hrs. on normal bake.

  6. Make any rice of choice to supplement meal.
