  1. 1 pound ground chicken

  2. 2 teaspoons coriander seeds, toasted and ground

  3. 2 teaspoons cumin seeds, toasted and ground

  4. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, ground

  5. 2 stalks lemongrass, peeled & chopped

  6. 1 shallot, finely diced

  7. 1 tablespoon garlic, grated

  8. 1 tablespoon ginger, grated

  9. 1 tablespoon chili sauce

  10. 1 tablespoons fish sauce

  11. 1 egg

  12. 1 handful cilantro, chopped

  13. 4 buns

  14. 4 leaves of lettuce

  15. 1/2 cup spicy peanut sauce

  16. 1 cup Thai slaw

  17. 1 handful peanuts, coarsely chopped

  1. Mix the chicken, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric, lemongrass, shallot, garlic, ginger, chili sauce, fish sauce egg, and cilantro.

  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties making a small indentation in the middle.

  3. Brush the grill with oil, and heat it to medium.

  4. Grill the patties until cooked, about 4-5 minutes per side.

  5. Assemble the burgers and enjoy.
