  1. 1tbsp cardamom

  2. 4nos cinnamon

  3. 4nos cloves

  4. 4nos pepper

  5. 1/2cup sliced onion

  6. 3 cups basmati rice

  7. 6 cups water

  8. 2 tsp salt

  9. 1/2 kg fish (King fish or seer fish)

  10. 1tbsp chilly powder

  11. 1/2tsp turmeric powder

  12. 1cup oil

  13. 3nos sliced onion

  14. 2tbsp ginger,garlic paste

  15. 2 tsp green chilli (paste)

  16. 1 chopped tomato

  17. 1tsp garam masala powder

  18. 1tbsp curd

  19. 1/4cup (thick) coconut milk

  20. 1cup chopped coriander leaves

  21. 1tsp salt

  22. 2tbsp ghee

  1. For rice Heat ghee in a pan add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and pepper Stir it, then add onion fry for 5mts add rice stir for 5mts, pour boiled Water and salt, cook till it done For fish Marinate fish pieces with chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt for 1hour. Fry fish pieces in oil. Take a pan and heat the same oil which we used to fry the fish, add sliced onion fry it in a low flame till it become slightly brown, then in medium flame, add ginger, garlic and chilly paste and tomato, stir it for 6 mts then add curd, coconut milk, coriander leaves and salt. Stir it for 5mts add fried fish pieces keep it in a low flame till, when it started to get boiled. Take a deep bottom vessel layer rice and fish masala, then pour 2tbsp ghee and tightly cover with a lid and keep it in a very low flame for 10mts. garnish it with roasted nuts and raisins we can use fish with not much bones like tuna, salmon, akoli... etc, but it will be very tasty if we use king fish.
