  3. Onion (finely chopped,) -1/2 cup

  4. Garlic- 1 clove ( finely chopped )

  5. Green chilli- 2 ( finely chopped )

  6. Coriander (cilantro leaves, finely chopped,) 1/2 cup

  7. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds

  8. Garam masala- 1 tsp

  9. Red chili powder-1 tsp

  10. Amchur powder (Mango powder) - 2 tsp (Optional)

  11. Salt to taste

  12. Fresh lime juice, 1 tsp

  13. Tamarind paste - 1tbsp
