  4. 60ml freshly squeezed orange juice

  5. 120ml skim milk

  6. 60ml non-fat yogurt

  7. 1 tsp good honey

  8. 500ml (2 cups) ice

  1. Tropical smoothie In a blender, combine the mango, papaya, banana, orange juice, milk, yogurt, honey and ice. Blend until smooth.
