  1. 1 lb. boneless pork loin chops , cut into 1/2-inch strips

  2. 1/4 cup A. 1. Original Steak Sauce

  3. Juice from 2 lime s, divided

  4. 1 each red, green and yellow bell pepper s, seeded, cut into long strips

  5. 1 large onion , cut into 1/2-inch slices

  6. 1/2 of a serrano chile , seeded, cut into thin strips

  7. 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

  8. 8 tortilla s, warmed

  9. 2 cups cooked rice

  10. 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses

  1. TOSS pork strips, steak sauce and half of the lime juice. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.

  2. SPRAY nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium-high heat. Add bell peppers, onion and serrano chile; cook 6 to 8 min. or until onion and peppers are soft. Transfer to bowl; toss with remaining lime juice and cilantro. Cover; keep warm.

  3. ADD pork mixture to skillet; cook 4 to 5 min. on medium-high heat or until cooked through. Spoon evenly onto warm tortillas. Top with vegetables, rice and cheese.
