  1. 1 Garlic clove; halved

  2. 600 grams Swiss Gruyere grated

  3. 200 grams Swiss Emmental; grated

  4. 450 millilitres Dry white wine Nutmeg Black pepper

  5. 4 teaspoons Cornflour

  6. 1 Measure of Kirsch

  1. Cut the bread into cubes and put in a basket. Grate the Gruyere and Emmental.

  2. Rub the garlic clove in the fondue pan, warm the wine and add the cheese mixture. Mix the cornflour and kirsch together and add to the pan.
