  1. 1 1/2 cup Rice flour

  2. 2 teaspoons Baking powder

  3. 1 teaspoon Salt

  4. teaspoon Xanthan gum

  5. 1 1/4 cup Water

  6. 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil

  7. 2 tablespoons Honey

  8. 2 Egg yolks; beaten

  9. 2 larges Bananas; mashed

  10. cup Chopped walnuts

  11. 2 Egg whites

  12. Vegetable oil; for frying

  1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and xanthan gum in medium bowl.

  2. Stir in water, oil, honey, egg yolks, banana and nuts. Beat egg whites in medium bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold into batter. Pour batter onto hot oiled griddle or skillet; cook on both sides until golden brown.

  3.
